Return Within 30 Days

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your diamond purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, your diamond must meet the following conditions:

• In its original, unmodified condition
• Not mounted, set, or altered in any way
• Returned in its original secure packaging
• With all original documentation and certificates
• Not treated or enhanced (unless disclosed at purchase)

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to process your return:

1. Contact our customer service team atConnect@Diamond.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label
4. Pack the diamond securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the diamond back to us using the provided label
6. Once received and verified, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned diamond.

Note: We reserve the right to inspect all returned diamonds. If a diamond shows signs of damage, modification, or mishandling, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange your diamond for another stone, we're happy to help. Simply follow the return process above and specify that you'd like an exchange. We'll process your exchange and ship your new diamond as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Diamonds that have been mounted or set into jewelry
• Diamonds that have been treated, enhanced, or modified
• Diamonds returned without original certification
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
